Common Questions

Photos not loading?

Make sure photo library permissions are enabled in Settings → Swipio → Photos. Select "Full Access" to allow Swipio to help you clean your entire gallery.

Deleted photos not freeing up space?

Deleted photos go to the Review Bin first. You can recover them or permanently delete to free up space. iOS also keeps deleted photos in the "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days.

Storage tracker not updating?

iOS may take a moment to update storage after deletion. Try closing and reopening the app, or check Settings → General → iPhone Storage for accurate numbers.

App crashing?

Try restarting your device. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.

Swipio processes all photos locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
